Retail Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and Government holidays. Due to demand and availability some orders may take a few additional days to process and ship.
Shipping Confirmation and TrackingCustomers will receive email confirmation containing tracking information once an order ships. Tracking information is maintained and limited by the carrier.
Lost or Damaged ShipmentsGüey is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Accuracy of the shipping address is the responsibility of the purchaser. Incorrect address could result in a delay or loss of shipment. Damaged shipment claims should be filed with the carrier.
Duties and TaxesThe recipient must bear any additional charges, customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed during the shipping process. Güey is not responsible for any charges, customs, duties or taxes applied to your order. If it is determined that an order requires additional shipping costs, we reserve the right to hold the order until we receive all additional fees, as determined by current rates.
Return & Refund Policy
Not 100% satisfied? We’re happy to help. We provide a 21-day return policy from the date of purchase for any unused, unopened product(s) in its original packaging. Simply submit your return request with proof of purchase by emailing us at [email protected]. An email confirmation will be sent once the return request is processed. Please note, purchaser is responsible for any return related shipping costs. Purchaser is also responsible for parcel to arrive at Guey warehouse in undamaged conditions. Please ensure to obtain a proof of postage from carrier. Once returned item(s) is received and processed, we will refund to the same credit card used in the original transaction. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund to appear on account. As different financial institutions have different processing timeframes, please contact your bank for more accurate information.
